What is baldness? 

Male pattern baldness is the most common type of hair loss that develops at some point inmost men. This situation is sometimes called alopecia. It generally takes 10 to 20 years, to be bald. However, some men go bald in less than five years.

Typically, first starts the hair too thin (recede) on the sides (temples). At the same time the hair is usually thin on the top of the head is.
