A good way to take care of your hair during pregnancy and to relax at the same time, is by pampering with good hair massage. Oil your hair at least three to four times a week. Using natural hair oils is a great way to give some food to your hair. Opt for oils that have healthy ingredients such as argan oil. Heat the oil up slightly, making sure that it is not too hot, just warm. Massage this through the scalp and hair.
2. Shampoo and conditioning:
Make sure you that you use a shampoo at least once or twice a week.

3. Wait for the coloring session:
It is best to avoid dyeing your hair while you are pregnant. There is no scientific data to prove that you actually can cause harm to the child by hair coloring during pregnancy, but it is still not recommended.
5. Regular Hair Trims:
Your hair goes through various changes during pregnancy, resulting in difference in hair texture and thickness. A good idea is to go for a regular hair trim that help prevent split ends or rough ends. A new style brings a new mood!
