Regrow Beautiful Hair With Raw Food

Foods-that-Make-Your-Hair-Grow-Long-and-Strong-greens

When you change your diet, you’re guaranteed to undergo hair replacement. Most folks switching to a healthier diet report some hair loss shortly after they switch. Some panic, and decide, they’re not getting some important nutrient or might be doing something wrong.

If you decide and are active for including more raw foods into your diet, you start to consume more nutrients. If you do drop some hair, nutritional deficiency is probably not the cause. This is the point where people tend to say raw food does not work, and return to old eating habits.

Healthy-Eating-Foods-To-Keep-Away-Dandruffs-1024x576

For overall hair health, add your diet: sulfur foods such as onions, radishes, hemp seeds, aloe vera and cucumbers, red peppers, and other shiny skin products, Vitamin A food carrots, arugula, papaya, zinc foods coconut, nuts and seeds, vitamin C  citrus fruits, vitamin E, avocado and olives and so on. In short, all raw food! Generally believe that just about any raw vegetable food offers something good for your body and your hair, even if, for some certain foods, science must identify even these benefits.

Silica, calcium and iron are all good for hair growth because it is essentially an extension of your blood. But watch out! Some supplements, particularly those containing large quantities of selenium, are associated with hair loss. Healthy blood, in combination with a healthy scalp, determines the state of your hair, and the speed of the growth.

landscape-1445641389-1439461968-vegdinner

It appears that, in the absence of a real medical condition, people start to the raw food diet lifestyle can expect some hair loss, especially if they’re raw night. They can also expect further improvements in their overall hair health if they eat a diet rich in vegetables, and toss in a fixed dose of patience.

We recommend to go through the process. Not only are you are better feed, as you adapt to an all-raw or high-raw diet, but detoxify your body, too-and your hair is part of that process. You will succeed. Your hair will be healthier. Indeed, you are rewarded with the best hair of your life. But, not passive. Do not make excuses. Instead, actively give your scalp and hair the best attention.

What vitamins are good for hair loss

A good daily multivitamin containing zinc, vitamin B, folate, iron, and calcium is a reasonable choice, although there is no good evidence that vitamins have any meaningful benefit in alopecia. Newer studies suggest that vitamin D may be somewhat helpful and worth considering. Specific vitamin and mineral deficiencies like iron or vitamin B12 may be diagnosed by blood tests and treated.

VitaminC_4

Multiple vitamins, including biotin, have been promoted for hair growth, but solid scientific studies for many of these claims are lacking. While taking biotin and other supplements marketed for hair, skin, and nails probably won’t worsen anything, it may also not necessarily help the situation. Therefore, advertised hair-regrowth supplements should be approached with mild caution.

What is a Hair Transplant?

Used in the U.S. since the 1950s, hair transplantation is surgery that associates removing a narrow strip of hair-bearing scalp from the back of the head and using it to fill an area with thin or no hair. Most hair transplants are achieved in the doctor’s office under local anesthesia.

hairtransplant2

To transplant hair, the surgeon first cleans the scalp, then injects an anesthetic to numb the area where a 3- to 4-inch strip of scalp will be removed. After removing the strip of scalp with a scalpel, the surgeon sets it aside and sews the scalp closed. This area is immediately hidden by the hair around it.

Next, the surgeon divides the strip of removed scalp into approximately 500 to 2,000 tiny grafts containing an individual hair or just a few hairs each. The number and type of graft used depends on the hair type, quality, and color as well as the size of the field where it will be transplanted.

nn3
After the grafts are arranged, the surgeon cleans and numbs the field where the hair will be placed, creates holes or slits with a scalpel or needle, and delicately places each graft in one of the holes.

Depending on the expansion of the procedure, the transplant will take approximately four to eight hours. Sometimes additional sessions are needed if you continue to lose hair or decide you want thicker hair.

Hair Loss: Infectious Agents 2

white-piedra-2

Piedra

Piedra (trichomycosis nodularis) appears when the hair fibers are infected by a fungus. The visible indicator of a piedra infection is development of solid nodules on hair fibers. Indeed, “piedra” means stone for Spanish. The nodules are a concretion of hyphae and fruiting bodies of the fungus, known as an ascostroma, from which the fungal spores are released.

According to the color of the nodules formed on the hair fiber, there are two basic types of piedra: black piedra and white piedra. Black piedra is due to the fungus Piedraia hortae and is mostly found in tropical countries, while white piedra is due to Trichosporon beigelii and is found mostly in Europe and Southern parts of the United States.

Piedra infection may affect hairs of the scalp, body, and genital areas. Usually the infection is relatively friendly. In parts of Malaysia, the nodules of black piedra are considered attractive and traditionally women encourage its growth by sleeping with their hair buried in the soil. However, when the infection is severe the fungus weakens the hair fiber, making it easy to break off. This can result in a patchy, distributed hair loss.Treatment generally associates shaving off affected areas.

Demodex folliculorum

Some people believe Demodex folliculorum commits to hair loss and that removing it will enable hair regrowth. But the organism does not cause hair loss.

Demodex is a little worm-like creature that likes to live on skin and in hair follicles. It feeds on dead skin and oils, so it particularly likes to live in hair follicles.

Humans are born free of Demodex, but during childhood, through contact with others, the skin can become infected with it. For the most part, we never know they are there. They are benign, if nasty, little creatures. The most common problem with Demodex is that they may cause irritation, particularly in the eyelashes. If you have itchy eyelashes, Demodex may be the problem. However, this is as much as Demodex can do to you. It does not cause hair loss.

HOW TO HAVE HEALTH HAIR

If your hair is dull, frayed, or damaged from the use of dyes and chemicals, you can start right now to get healthier hair. Using healthy washing and styling habits, avoiding harsh hair treatments, and eating a nourishing diet will have your hair looking healthy again in no time.

Method 1 of 3: Using Healthy Washing and Styling Habits

Image

Change your washing routine. Do you wash your hair every single day? This can really dry it out, since you’re washing away the oils your scalp produces to keep your hair shiny and healthy. Washing every day can also lead to oily hair, since stripping your hair of its oils causes your oil glands to go into overdrive. Try this routine instead:
  • Wash your hair just three or four times a week. Giving your hair a break in between washings will restore its balance. It might be a little oily for the first week or so, but your hair will soon look more healthy and vibrant than ever.
  • Wash your hair with cold water. Washing with hot water is hard on your hair and can lead to split ends and frizz. Washing with cold water helps your hair shaft close, resulting in shiny, bouncy hair.

Image

Handle your hair gently. Think of your hair like your best silk dress. After hand washing it, would you ball it up and wring it out? No, that would destroy its shape and fibers. Your hair is similarly fragile and needs to be treated with care to stay healthy.

  • After washing your hair, gently pat it dry with a towel instead of wringing it out. Let it finish air drying.
  • Use a comb instead of a brush. Forcing a brush through tangled hair can cause it to rip and break. Use a wide-toothed comb to gently work through the tangles.

Image

Use heat styling devices sparingly. Put away your hair dryer, straightener, curling iron, and hot rollers unless you have a special occasion at hand. Applying heat to your hair can damage it, so it’s best to let your hair air dry instead.

  • If you want to use the blow dryer sometimes, use it on a cool setting.
  • When you do use heat styling devices, be sure to put a protective serum in your hair beforehand.

Method 2 of 3: Using Healthy Products and Avoiding Damaging Treatments

Image

Use natural hair care products. Commercial hair care products promise great results, but they often contain ingredients that can dry out your hair and leave it looking limp and dull. You’ll probably notice a difference right away if you switch to products made with herbs, oils, and creams made that nourish hair.
  • Most shampoos are made with strong cleansers called sulfates that strip the natural oils from your hair and cause it to get frizzy and frayed. Choose a shampoo made with cleansing herbs and oils instead. Check out a natural foods store for options.
  • Conditioners made with aloe, coconut oil, shea butter and other pure substances add moisture to your hair and keep it looking healthy and fresh.
  • Avoid using styling products that contain a lot of chemicals with names you can barely pronounce. You can make your own hair gel and hair spray instead of using the store-bought kind.
  1. Try to stay away from dyes and other permanent treatments. The chemicals in dye, bleach, Brazilian blowouts, chemical straighteners and chemical curlers can do a lot of damage if you use them too often.

Image

Give your hair oil treatments.. To restore your hair’s softness and shine, apply oil to your roots, shaft and especially tips a couple times a week. You can use oil in place of conditioner or after your hair is already dry. Once every few weeks, give yourself a deep conditioning treatment as follows:

  • Massage olive oil or almond oil into your hair.
  • Cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic wrap.
  • Let the oil sit in your hair for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Rinse it out with cool water until the water runs clear, then shampoo and condition as normal.
Method 3 of 3: Making Healthy Lifestyle Changes
Image

Eat nutrients that nourish your hair. A well-balanced diet with plenty of protein, vitamin B, iron, and omega-3s helps your hair stay as thick and healthy as possible.

  • Vitamin B keeps hair thick and strong. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and nuts to get enough vitamin B.
  • Eat beef, chicken, pork, fish and leafy greens like kale and spinach to get iron and protein.
  • Salmon, walnuts, and avocados are excellent sources of omega-3s, which help your hair stay shiny and healthy.
  • You can supplement your diet with vitamins designed to make hair stronger. Try prenatal vitamins, which contain a mix of ingredients that lead to great hair, nails and skin.

Image

Protect your hair from the elements. Just as you would protect your skin from sun, wind, and cold temperatures, you need to protect your hair as well. If you don’t, it will dry out and become brittle over time.
  • When the sun is strong, wear a hat or scarf over your hair to protect it from getting too fried.
  • Don’t go outside during the winter with wet hair. When your hair freezes it can get brittle and frayed.
  • You should also protect your hair from chemicals. Don’t expose your hair to chlorine too often. When you go swimming, wear a swim cap.

Get your hair trimmed often. As soon as your ends begin to split, go to the salon and get a trim. Keeping your hair trimmed will make sure the ends don’t split very far up the shaft. Your hair will be less likely to break, and it will look healthy and full of life.
