Drinking water
Keep your body well hydrated. During pregnancy, your blood volume increases, and build a huge water bag for your baby to stay in. Your body has an increased need for moisture. Your skin needs to be supplied for optimum elasticity of the skin with moisture. It is recommended that you get 8-12 glasses of water per day
Vitamin C
The body uses vitamin C to form collagen and cartilage. Vitamin C is also very effective at reducing the damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals consume collagen and elastin. It is to get the best vitamin C from a natural food source rather than a supplement.
Food for skin elasticity
The way we eat a whole is very important in our skin elasticity. Food for the skin’s elasticity would a diet rich food to collagen (as we discussed) including bone broths and gelatin, Vitamin A, C and E, and to keep a good balance of omega 3: 6 ratio. This includes things like grass-fed and eat free-range meat and eggs. Drinking raw milk from cows fed on grass. Eating organic and locally grown vegetables.
Oil treatments
Soothing oils contain: argan oil, olive oil , essential oils, and castor oil. Argan oil can help, as well as to improve the elasticity of the skin, thus preventing stretch marks.

i think drinking water was useful for me. i have no stretch marks after pregnancy. 🙂
